ENERGY LEADERSHIP ™ INDEX ASSESSMENT
The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how you currently approach and perceive life and work. It does not measure strengths, weaknesses or personality traits. Instead, it uncovers how you show up to the world—under normal circumstances and when you are under stress. By working with me (ELI-MP) using the ELI, you can gain insights and awareness how to live and lead authentically, powerfully, and without all the hassle in your life.
SMALL GROUP COACHING
In my coaching practice, I offer small group coaching sessions (4-8 participants) on a variety of different topics, which result in connection, communication, and community from interacting with each other. Within the small group coaching sessions, you will have your own goal and will be supported as you begin to consider all possibilities, raise your consciousness, and overcome fears. You will benefit from the support and energy of the group which leads to accountability, ongoing motivation, and rapid momentum.
