About Me

Meet Ruth

My name is Ruth Ossenag, and I’m the Chief Coach & Founder of Green Orange Inc. For me, nothing is more important than ensuring that my clients gain the required vision, consciousness, and mindset required to ensure that they’re able to achieve their goals. From personal development to professional development, I’m ready to work with you to overcome obstacles, limiting beliefs, and help you to put into place a lifestyle that allows you to live your best life each and every day.

My Story

I was born and raised in Austria, but I always had a strong desire to see what the world had to offer. I left home at the age of 21 and sought out some new experiences for myself. I just couldn’t see myself staying in Austria for my whole life – not when there was a great big world out there for me to explore.

I remember reading a book called, “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho at a young age, and that book inspired me to grab life by the hands and bring it to wherever I wanted. In other words, I followed my passions, and I took control over the life that was given to me. I traveled the world, moved to the Netherlands, and I worked for a global technology-enabled testing and assessment solution provider for a few years.

From there, I climbed the corporate ladder. I was succeeding, I was growing, and I was experiencing the very best aspects of life. After about 8 years, I was offered the opportunity to relocate to the United States to lead a global team. I accepted, but only to grab life by the hands again and redirect my position.

At the age of 36, I went back to school full-time. I earned a bachelor’s degree in economics, and I studied at the esteemed Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts. From there, I went on to graduate school, where I earned an MBA in International Business from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. And while I had business on my mind, there was something else that I fell into. So, what did I do? I redirected my position once again.

I began my coaching journey while completing my MBA. When it came down to it, I found myself mesmerized by the various students, clients, professionals, and executives whom I had the pleasure to connect with throughout my studies. So many of them had everything they could ever ask for, and yet, they simply weren’t living the lives that they really wanted to live.

From that moment in time, I began to explore the different mindsets that accompany a professional career, and I found myself immersed in a deeper understanding of how personal values and belief systems show themselves and make an impact in all areas of our lives – both personally and professionally.

I immediately began to explore life coaching. I trained, studied and graduated from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), which is a fully-accredited program by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Through this program, I earned various credentials, including the IPEC-Accredited Certified Professional Coach certificate (CPC), and the Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner™ certificate (ELI-MP).

Today, I proudly manage Green Orange Inc., and I spend my time traveling between Florida, Miami, Central Europe, and Austria. I am also a proud member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the ICF South Florida and Austria Charter Chapter, and The Commonwealth Institute (TCI).
